TERMS OF CONTRACT
The fee for this service is to be paid at the time of breeding
CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide dam's owner with a complete three generation pedigree of the dog.
2. Take normal adequate care of the dam while in our charge.
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition, current with annual vaccinations.
4. Sign litter registration once number of puppies are confirmed and promptly return to dam's owner.
5. Provide stud service up to three times of the same dog to the same dam for the same heat cycle, (ONLY ON LIVE BREEDINGS) if no pregnancy results from the mating, the dam's owner will receive a return service, the dam'sowner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the last mating date. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the dam's owner.

CONDITIONS DAM'S OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the dam is serviced.
2. Provide a three generation pedigree before servicing.
3. Provide veterinary certificate of current annual vaccinations, including Bordetella (kennel cough), and a clear Brucellosis test .
4. Send dam in good health and in season.
5. Notify stud dog owner, in writing, no later than 70 days after the last mating date if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
6. Keep the dam properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally before mating season is finished.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. However, if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided to this same dam, at her next heat or within one year, provided all conditions of this contract have been met.
2. If the dam fails to conceive on the return service, and the stud is proven it will be consider being the fault of the dam and releases the stud dog from any further action and this contract will be terminated.
3. The owner of the dam most notify the stud owner within 2 days after her due date and this must be with a Veterinary Statement, or they may show the dam in person to the stud owner.
IF THE LITTER IS LOST DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF THE OWNER OF THE DAM OR BY A VETERINARIAN, THE STUD DOG OWNER DOES NOT OWE A RETURN SERVICE!

2. Stud Fee as a pick of the litter pup, male or female. That is when a Stud dog owner will take any puppy they like as their fee and will have first choice in the litter from the above dam. If there is only one puppy, that will be the Stud dog owner puppy. If one puppy is the result of the litter the owner of the dam may have the option to pay the cash fee and retain the puppy, and if they give up the puppy they will receive a return service.

Purchase Agreement

Agree to purchase a female/male puppy from TRIBE OF JUDAH. The purchase price of the puppy (or puppies if more than one is being purchased at once) is ____________________. A (non-refundable) holding fee of $____________________ has been paid to hold the puppy or puppies. The remaining balance of $____________________is due when the puppy reaches seven (7) weeks of age. PLEASE NOTE: If a puppy is over 8 weeks old at the time a holding fee is made the remaining balance will then be due a week before the puppy is picked up, or shipped. PLEASE NOTE: If a holding fee is made, the remaining balance must be paid as stated by this purchase agreement, or the buyer forfeits the holding fee and the puppy will be put up for sale. If a puppy is being shipped, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping, shipping crate, and health certificate costs.

. Below are the following terms of our guarantee:
1. Health Guarantee: Consumers have 14 days to document contagious or infectious disease, if at this time it is determined the dog is not in good health due to an illness that it is clearly attributable to the seller, the purchaser shall return the dog in exchange for a dog of equal value or credit on another dog. If the purchaser decides to keep the dog, any further veterinary bills will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

2.Guarantee Limitations: All guarantees will be null, void if the dog has been bred at any age, used for stud service, spayed, or neutered, or if the dog is used for weight pulling, and or any bite work training. The dog must not participate in any type of protection training for this will also null and void the guarantee. It will also be null and void if the purchaser has mistreated or neglected the dog in anyway, and current vaccinations are not up to date. Registration papers must accompany the returned dog to be eligible for replacement of the dog. This guarantee is for the original purchaser only. In no way is this guarantee transferable. All purchasers agree to take good and responsible care of the dog and provide the dog all the state required vaccinations. This means proper feeding, housing, and physical care of the dog. The purchaser also agrees to not use this dog for fighting or cross breeding. We do not recommend any breeding until the dam has had at least 2 heat cycles.
